I'm passionate about holding space for women and offering hope. I specialize in counseling women through life's changes. I have special training in perinatal mental health to support women during pregnancy and those experiencing a difficult transition to motherhood, and specifically
postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. I have experience counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I'm here to help you create a space full of compassion where you can be your truest self. I support women who want to overcome unhelpful patterns and understand themselves in a new way. Using a holistic approach, I integrate cognitive, emotional, and somatic (body) strategies to help you deeply experience your present, not just talk about your past. Thriving is possible for everyone!
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC 18302) in the State of Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2017. I've completed advanced training in perinatal mental health counseling through Postpartum Support International.
